Reports & Analytics
Gain actionable insights into OKR progress, team performance, and company-wide metrics with Leemu's built-in reporting tools.
Reports Overview
The Reports section in Leemu provides a comprehensive view of how your organization is performing against its objectives. Access it from the Reports item in the main sidebar.
Reports are updated in real time as check-ins are submitted and OKR statuses change. Every visualization reflects the latest data available in your workspace.
Available Report Types
Leemu offers several report types designed to surface different aspects of your OKR performance:
Progress Overview
A high-level summary of overall OKR completion rates across the organization. See how many objectives are on track, at risk, or behind.
Check-in Activity
Track check-in frequency and consistency across teams and individuals. Identify who is actively updating progress and where engagement is low.
OKR Status Distribution
Breakdown of objectives by status (draft, active, completed, cancelled). Understand the lifecycle of your goals at a glance.
Trend Analysis
Historical progress trends over time. See how completion rates evolve week over week or month over month across cycles.
Key Metrics & Visualizations
Leemu reports include a variety of charts and metrics to help you understand your data:
Completion Rate
The percentage of key results that have reached 100% of their target. Tracked at the individual, team, and company level.
Average Progress
The mean progress across all active objectives and key results. Useful for gauging whether the organization is on pace to meet quarterly goals.
At-Risk Indicators
Highlights objectives and key results that are significantly behind their expected progress based on time elapsed in the current cycle.
Check-in Frequency
How often team members are submitting progress updates. Regular check-ins correlate strongly with higher OKR completion rates.
Team Performance Analytics
Drill down into individual team performance to understand how each group is tracking against their objectives:
Team Progress Cards
Each team gets a summary card showing their overall progress, active OKR count, and check-in activity for the current period.
Comparative View
Compare performance across teams side by side. Spot which teams are excelling and which may need additional support or resources.
Member Breakdown
Within each team, view individual member contribution data including their owned key results, progress, and check-in frequency.
Engagement Score
A composite metric reflecting how actively a team engages with the OKR process -- based on check-ins, updates, and timely completions.

Filterable Data Tables
Beyond visual charts, Leemu provides detailed data tables that you can filter, sort, and search to find exactly the information you need:
Filter by Team
Narrow results to a specific team or compare multiple teams at once.
Filter by Status
View only active, completed, or at-risk OKRs to focus on what matters most.
Filter by Time Period
Select a specific quarter, month, or custom date range to analyze historical performance.
Sort & Search
Sort by any column (progress, due date, owner) and use the search bar to find specific objectives or key results.
Exporting Data
Export your reports and data for further analysis, sharing with stakeholders, or archival purposes:
CSV Export
Download raw data tables as CSV files. Compatible with spreadsheet applications like Excel and Google Sheets for custom analysis.
Filtered Exports
Apply filters before exporting to download only the data you need. Your active filter settings are reflected in the exported file.
Tip: Use CSV exports to create custom executive summaries or to feed data into your organization's business intelligence tools.
Best Practices for Using Reports
- Review the Progress Overview weekly to catch at-risk OKRs early and course-correct
- Use the Check-in Activity report to encourage teams with low engagement
- Compare team performance trends quarter over quarter to identify improvement areas
- Export data before quarterly reviews to prepare summaries for leadership
- Focus on trends rather than absolute numbers -- a team improving from 40% to 60% completion is a positive signal even if the target was higher
- Use filters to create focused views for different stakeholders -- executives need high-level data while team leads need granular details
