Managing Your Subscription
Leemu uses Stripe for secure subscription management. All billing operations are handled through the Stripe billing portal.
Billing Portal
Access the Stripe-powered billing portal to manage all aspects of your subscription:
- Navigate to Settings → Billing.
- Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal.
- From the portal, you can update payment methods, view invoices, change plans, and manage seats.
Payment Methods
Leemu accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. You can add, update, or remove payment methods from the billing portal. For Enterprise plans, we also support invoicing with net-30 payment terms.
AI Token Allowances
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI tokens used by the AI Co-Author feature for drafting objectives, suggesting key results, and improving OKR quality.

Tokens reset on the first day of each billing cycle. You can track your remaining tokens under Settings → Billing → AI Usage. If you exhaust your monthly allowance, the AI Co-Author feature will be temporarily unavailable until the next reset. Upgrading your plan immediately provides the higher tier's allowance.
Upgrading & Downgrading
Upgrading
Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. All new features become available as soon as the upgrade is confirmed.
Downgrading
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to all features of your current plan until then. If your usage exceeds the lower plan's limits (e.g., user count or objectives), you will be prompted to adjust before the downgrade applies.
Invoices
Invoices are generated automatically on each billing cycle and sent to the workspace admin's email. You can also view and download all past invoices from the billing portal under Settings → Billing → Invoice History. Each invoice includes a detailed breakdown of charges, including per-seat costs and any prorated adjustments.
Seat Management
Paid plans are billed per active seat. Manage your seat count to control costs.
How Seats Work
- Active seats are counted as users with active status in your workspace. Deactivated users do not count.
- Adding seats: Inviting a new member automatically adds a seat. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period.
- Removing seats: Deactivating a user frees up the seat. The adjustment applies at the next billing cycle.
- Pending invitations do not count toward your seat total until the invitee accepts and activates their account.
